As a Flagship General Manager, you have the entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business, attract and retain a diverse and innovative team, build a strong community and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment while executing results at a high level. You will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership within your Salon and Spa location to foster an inclusive, respectful and fun working environment. Your leadership will set the standard for other General Managers and locations by ensuring an elevated overall experience for clients, team members and key visitors.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

  • Leadership & Management of the Team
    • Lead, motivate and manage all staff including technical and non-technical roles.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, share updates and address concerns and questions.
    • Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards and company policies/guidelines to all team members.
    • Providing ongoing training and developmental opportunities to attract and retain team members  and improve performance.
    • Serve as the primary training location for non-technical new hires and new GMs/AGMs.
    • Cultivate and maintain the Tricoci culture of community, collaboration, trust and innovation in a positive, respectful work environment.
  • Management of Operations
    • Oversee all daily operations in the Salon & Spa including appointment scheduling, inventory management and facility maintenance.
    • Pilot various programs for operational efficiency
    • Maintain standards to ensure safety and maintenance and compliance with all state licensing and health requirements to provide a clean and hygienic environment for clients and team members.
    • Implement and enforce company SOPs, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
    • Responsible for the accountability of executing team member schedules, ensuring clocking in/out, etc.  
  • Client Relations
    • Maintain a high standard of client/customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Address in a timely and highly effective manner all client inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional, respectful manner.
  • Financial Management of the Business
    • Manage your business through key performance indicators (KPIs) and the P&L.
    • Monitor and control expenses within budget to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Here are some of the skills that we are looking for:

  • 5+ years management experience in a high-volume retail, beauty/spa or retail or service environment.
  • Proven experience in a salon/spa management role or a similar role.
  • Experienced leader who holds teams accountable for achieving results while motivating and inspiring them to grow and develop.
  • Sold understanding of business operations and acumen, financial management and the ability to execute results at a high level; create action plans where opportunities exist and take action immediately.
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to handle critical situations utilizing good judgement and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, paying strong attention to detail while managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and evolving environment.
  • An aptitude for creating and maintaining an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently and be a team member within the company.
  • Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
