DAN O’BRIEN CDJR is currently looking for an experienced  CDJR Automotive Technician or experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our fast growing dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. We are seeking to hire a motivated individual with an opportunity to succeed and grow with the company. CDJR certification, ASE Certification is highly recommended. Also you would be required to have own basic mechanics tools.

Responsibilities and Duties

Performing routine maintenance on vehicles which includes oil and filter changes, tire rotations, performing multi point inspections, tire mounting and balancing, replacing air and cabin filters.

State Inspection license is a bonus (will pay for certification for right candidate)

Maintaining upkeep in the shop

Willing to learn the Kia product

Performing oil changes and tire rotations within a half hour

Performing varying level of repair to KIA and other vehicle makes and models

Qualifications and Skills

Maintain a good standing relationship with all customers

The ability to stay organized and motivated

Excellent interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

The ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Must be able to work 40+ hours and weekends

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must have own tools

Pay is based on previous experience

This is a flat rate technician position
