Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Flatbed Shuttle Driver to run a steady route between Joplin and Kansas City. This role offers daily home time, consistent hours, and plenty of overtime opportunities. The Flatbed Shuttle Driver will enjoy a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for full-time permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A flatbed truck on an overnight shuttle run from Joplin to Kansas City.
• Perform drop and hook deliveries — no climbing required, simply strap, unstrap, and deliver.
• Return home daily while maintaining a reliable delivery schedule.
• Support safety and efficiency standards on every route.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A License with a clean MVR.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (no felonies).
• Current DOT Physical Card.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
