Syracuse Glass

The full-time Fleet Administrator is focused on optimizing daily route deliveries and assist drivers and customers. This position reports to the Fleet Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who has fleet administrator experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of Toyota Production System processes and a high-performance drive.

Job responsibilities include: 

• Delivery Responsibility: Assists with delivery coordination, mapping out routes, and delivery logistics
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keeps detailed records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting
• Ensure Compliance: Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations
• Coordinate Maintenance: Schedules and coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance to support fleet vehicle availability

 What We Are Looking For 

• Three (3) years of similar traffic coordinator work experience is required


• Ability to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines, prioritize workload, and have the capacity to multitask, knowledge of Toyota Production System processes a plus.
