Fleet and Commercial Parts Sales

Asheville Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Fleet & Commercial Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key link between our dealership and local businesses, helping them find the right parts and solutions to keep their vehicles running strong.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and commercial customers


• Assist businesses in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories


• Provide expert product knowledge and solutions tailored to commercial vehicle needs


• Manage orders, deliveries, and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency


• Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred (fleet or commercial experience a plus)


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize customer needs


• Knowledge of Ford parts and vehicles is a plus, but not required—training provided


• Self-motivated with a drive to meet targets and grow business
