Location:

This role will be a hybrid opportunity - working both in the Buhler office located at: 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas and remotely.

Opportunity:

The Fleet and Operations Coordinator is a vital role responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the company's fleet and supporting overall operational efficiency. This position involves coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing fleet-related documentation, and providing administrative support to the operations team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, registrations, insurance, and other relevant documentation.
    • Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Handle vehicle accident reporting and insurance claims.
    • Implement and enforce fleet safety policies and procedures.
  • Operations Coordination:
    • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
    • Assistance with calendar management, scheduling of meetings
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative, or office coordination.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferences:

  • Experience with software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
  • Prior experience in telecommunications
