As a Fleet Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to compile and maintain records of business transactions and perform basic office administrative activities. This position will also assist with entry of shop and mechanic work logs into fleet software. Review open work orders and help with prioritization. Critical for success are strong oral and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and acute attention to detail. This is a part time position, working less than 32 hours a week.

What it takes:

• 3-5 years of experience working in an office environment


• MS Office proficiency


• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
