We’re looking for a Fleet Lease Manager to take charge of incoming and outgoing vehicles at our high-energy auto auction. You’ll coordinate with dealers, transporters, and auction staff to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service—because in this business, timing is everything!

What You Will Do:

• Lease Management:

• Negotiate and manage lease agreements with vehicle vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms. 

• Monitor lease expirations and renewal processes, including vehicle replacement planning. 

• Track lease payments and ensure timely compliance with contract terms. 

• Vehicle Maintenance:

• Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for leased vehicles with authorized repair shops. 

• Monitor vehicle repair costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. 

• Oversee preventative maintenance inspections and ensure timely repairs are completed. 

• Driver Management:

• Monitor driver behavior and performance metrics, including fuel efficiency, safety records, and mileage usage. 

• Provide driver training on safe driving practices and proper vehicle operation. 

• Address the driver’s concerns regarding vehicle issues and coordinate necessary repairs. 

• Compliance:

• Ensure all leased vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding vehicle registration, inspections, and emissions standards. 

• Maintain accurate vehicle documentation, including maintenance records, driver logs, and insurance information. 

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices.

• Experience with lease contract negotiation and management.

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and repair standards

• Proficiency in fleet management software and reporting tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding fleet optimization

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
