We’re seeking a dependable and mechanically minded Fleet Maintenance Technician to support preventive maintenance and repairs across our company vehicle fleet and facility equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready to work.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance on company fleet vehicles including oil, tire, and fluid service.

Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshoot basic vehicle issues.

Assist with preventive maintenance on tractors, forklifts, pressure washers, and other equipment.

Support general repairs across company grounds, facilities, vehicles, and related assets.

Maintain shop and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Document work performed and communicate maintenance needs to leadership.

Operate company vehicles, trucks, and pull-behind trailers safely.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1+ year automotive maintenance experience.

Working knowledge of mechanical and general repair principles.

Ability to multi-task and work within precise limits and accuracy standards.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Analytical and mechanical aptitude with problem-solving ability.

Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals.

Ability to work a full-time schedule with occasional extended hours or weekends.

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment (or willingness to learn).

Must pass background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

Must be in good physical condition with no limitations.

Lift and carry at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.

Push and pull more than 100 lbs. when needed.

Climb ladders and reach heights of at least 12 ft.

Frequent standing, walking, handling, and coordination movements.

Occasional sitting, pushing, pulling, stooping, balancing, and crouching.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Possible exposure to chemicals and ventilation areas (MSDS provided); must not be sensitive to respiratory or skin irritants.
