Reports To: Operations / Executive Leadership
Fleet Size: 80+ Vehicles (Assistant added at 100 vehicles)
Overview
We are hiring a Fleet Manager to take full ownership of a growing,
multi -location vehicle fleet supporting construction and restoration
operations. This role exists to protect uptime—when crews lose vehicles,
productivity stops. The Fleet Manager ensures that never happens.
This is primarily an Shop -based role with minimal field work. The focus
is coordination, logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and rapid response.
While some light maintenance oversight is required, the majority of
maintenance is outsourced. The value of this role is not turning
wrenches—it’s keeping vehicles available, compliant, and moving.
The fleet currently consists of 80+ vehicles and continues to grow. Once
the fleet reaches 100 vehicles, an assistant will be added. The company
is intentional about building career paths for every role, including
this one.
