Fleet Mechanic & Warehouse CoordinatorWarehouse Location: ServPro of Allentown / Scranton Areas

Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

ServPro of Scranton is looking for a highly motivated Fleet Mechanic who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things running smoothly — from fleet vehicles to restoration equipment to our day-to-day warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.)

Diagnose and fix mechanical issues on equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, generators, and more

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse

Track maintenance schedules and ensure compliance and safety standards are met

Work with management to prioritize urgent repairs and stay ahead of vehicle downtime

Assist with equipment cleaning, general shop upkeep, and supporting the production crew when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a mechanic, technician, or maintenance specialist (fleet experience a plus)

Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures

Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to team success

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
