We are seeking a Fleet Sales / National Account Sales Manager to join our team!

Sales Manager for the automotive, heavy truck, transportation, vehicle - uplifting and refuse markets. Manage sales budget; including defining, creating and implementing business strategy in United States for all products within territory.

· Work with Director Sales & Marketing and Business Managers to develop and implement business strategies.

· Develop, manager and support customer base including dealer, OEM and end users. To include product launches, communications, proposals, support and pricing activity.

· Coordinate with sales support, technical support, management, engineering, production, quality and finance locally to provide customer feedback to company for incorporation into products/service offerings and to provide interface for customer base.

· Special sales projects as assigned by Director of Sales and other duties as assigned

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual’s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.



Requirements:

· 4 year degree, technical and/or business related preferred; and/or experience in weighing or transportation industries.

· 5 years in like position, in related industry a plus.

· Large fleet and automotive and trucking OEM experience

· Scale knowledge and/or trucking industry knowledge

· Technical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and CRM software. On-board weighing, scale and/or transportation industry experience preferable.
