We are looking for dependable, high-character individuals to join us as Flexible Availability Team Members. This role is designed for individuals who need a schedule that balances with other commitments, offering quick, high-impact shifts during our peak periods.

• Position Type: Flexible availability
• Weekly Hours: Maximum of 15 hours per week
• Days Required: Must be able to work at least 4 days a week
• Available Shifts: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Work Location: Back of House or Front of House

Choose Your Team & Responsibilities:

Depending on your interest, you can apply to work in either our Back of House (Kitchen) or Front of House (Hospitality) teams during your shifts:

Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules, food safety procedures, and dress code at all times.

Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities:

• Smile, create and maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically with every guest.
• Make authentic emotional connections with guests to deliver signature service.
• Take and fulfill orders accurately at the registers, drive-thru, or mobile pickup.
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly, during fast-paced peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent and reliable (Takes scheduled shifts and commitments seriously)
• Cheerful and positive attitude with a strong desire to serve and help others
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Works well both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand/work on your feet for the duration of your 3-hour shift
