What You’ll Do

Provide engaging, responsible care for children of all ages in their homes.
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities—think games, crafts, story time, and outdoor play.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation during shifts.
Build trust and lasting relationships with children and families.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure each child’s well-being.
Be the source of joy and fun, making every day an exciting experience!

What We Offer

Full-time schedule with flexibility – we offer a wide range of shifts based off the schedule you provide. Whether it is full-time flexibility, full-time with set hours, part-time, or weekends, families are always booking for different days and hours
Competitive hourly pay – earn steady income while doing work you love. $16-$18/hour, overtime + federal holidays $22.50
Daily variety – meet new families, explore different neighborhoods, and keep each day fresh. We service the entire DFW Metroplex, all major cities surrounding Dallas, own transportation + comfortable commuting is a must
Training & support – access ongoing learning and a management team that has your back.

Who You Are

Required: minimum 1 year of professional experience (paid or unpaid), experience beyond family is required
Passionate about working with children of different ages and making them smile.
Creative, resourceful, and quick-thinking to keep activities engaging.
Responsible, reliable, and committed to safety.
Great communicator with kids and adults alike.
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) with a clean background check.
