What You’ll Do:
As a Flexible In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients while also taking on leadership responsibilities when needed. Your duties will include:

  Providing personal care and companionship to clients

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with client introductions (paid time)

  
  


• 
  

  Modeling high standards of care, professionalism, and leadership

  
  


• 
  

  Training and mentoring new caregivers to ensure quality care is maintained

  
  


• 
  

  Being available for shifts at least 6 days a week, including Monday–Friday and Saturday, between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  
  

What You Can Expect:

  Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours of pay per week—regardless of hours worked—provided you're available for qualifying shifts

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Flexible In-Home Caregiver who:

• 
  

  Is CNA or NA certified (REQUIRED)

  
  


• 
  

  Has at least 1 year of caregiving experience

  
  


• 
  

  Is dependable, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality care

  
  


• 
  

  Has a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and no-fault car insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Is available to work at least 6 days a week, including Monday–Friday (8 AM–8 PM) and Saturday (8 AM–8 PM)

  
  


• 
  

  Can accept all assigned shifts with minimal call-offs
