Flexo Plant Manager

The position of Plant Manager at Frankston Packaging involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. As a General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, manage teams, and collaborate with various departments to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.

Tasks

· Develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and goals to drive business growth, revenue, and profitability.

· Monitor and analyze financial data and operational metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals, establish targets, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

· Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize cost management and achieve financial targets.

· Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to the management team and foster a positive work culture that values teamwork, innovation, and accountability.

· Collaborate with the executive leadership team to report on business performance, share insights, and propose strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a Flexo plant.

· Strong understanding of strategy development and financial management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational strategies with the company's vision and objectives.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience in the Flexo manufacturing industry is a must.
