The position of Plant Manager at Frankston Packaging involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. Tasks

Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree i
· Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a Flexo plant.
· Strong understanding of strategy development and financial management.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational strategies with the company's vision and objectives.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in the Flexo manufacturing industry is a must.
