Your Role as a Flexologist

This is more than a jobit is a calling for certified professionals who want to blend science, movement, and human connection.

What You Will Be Doing

• Transform Lives Through Stretching
• Guide clients through customized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that help them move freely and feel amazing.
• Be the Go-To Movement Specialist

Share your knowledge of anatomy, posture, and recovery to educate and empower every client.

• Build Real Relationships

Create an experience that clients look forward to. Your presence makes them feel seen, supported, and excited to come back.Welcome new clients, team up with sales, and bring the StretchLab spirit to life every time you walk into the studio.Stay sharp with team workshops, ongoing training, and real-time learning in a fast-paced, supportive setting.Who You Are

You live and breathe wellness. You are energized by human connection, fueled by purpose, and grounded in expertise.

You Bring One of the Following

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
• A current certification through NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• A movement background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with formal anatomy training

Bonus Points If You Also Have

• CPR or AED certification (or willing to get it)
• At least one year of hands-on experience with clients in fitness, wellness, or therapy
• A deep understanding of functional movement and human anatomy
• A natural way with people and a passion for coaching
• A team-first attitude and love for a high-energy environment

$16 Base Rate - $25/hr for 50 min stretch
