WHAT YOU'LL DO (AND LOVE)

Lead Personalized Stretch Sessions
Deliver one-on-one, assisted stretching sessions using proven techniques that help clients feel their best and perform at their highest level.

Be a Trusted Wellness Expert
Educate clients on mobility, recovery, posture, and performance. Your knowledge of anatomy and functional movement will make you an invaluable resource on their wellness journey.

Build Lasting Client Relationships
Create a supportive, welcoming atmosphere that motivates clients to returnbecause of the real impact you make on their health and quality of life.

Represent the StretchLab Brand
Collaborate with the front desk and sales team to help convert new clients into loyal, lifelong members of the StretchLab community.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

Youre not just a coachyoure a movement expert whos passionate about helping people move and live better. You bring a combination of education, energy, and empathy to every session and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio.

You Must Have One of the Following:

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
• A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• A credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, with training in human anatomy

Bonus Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to become certified)
• 1+ year of experience working directly with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness
• Strong understanding of anatomy and functional movement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Motivated to hustle, have fun, and inspire others

We pay a base rate of $15 for training and 3 months after training has been passed. After the 3 months we pay $ 11 an hour because they should be stretching members and making the $22 a hour for stretching...or $16.50 for a 25 min stretch
