About the Role
At StretchLab Cherry Creek, we help people move better, feel better, and live better. As a Flexologist, youll be at the heart of that missiondelivering customized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that enhance mobility, reduce pain, and support athletic performance. Youll play a key role in building lasting client relationships and contributing to a supportive, high-performance studio culture.

What Youll Do

Client Assessments & Program Design

• Perform comprehensive mobility and flexibility assessments

• Create personalized stretch programs using PNF, static, and dynamic techniques tailored to individual client needs

Stretch Session Delivery

• Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions 

• Safely apply proven techniques that align with each clients goals, limitations, and fitness background

Client Education & Experience

• Explain the purpose and benefits of each stretch during sessions

• Educate clients on posture, recovery, and at-home mobility practices to support long-term progress

Studio Support & Sales

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

• Assist with scheduling, client check-in/out, and package or membership sales

• Support retail and product promotion to help clients stay on track with their goals

Team Collaboration

• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and training

• Share ideas and feedback to help improve studio operations and client outcomes

Qualifications

• Certification in one or more of the following: Stretch Therapy, Licensed Massage Therapy, NASM-CPT, ISSA-CPT (with stretch specialization), or related bodywork credentials

• Solid understanding of PNF, contract-relax, dynamic, and static stretching

• Passion for helping others improve their movement, health, and performance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform the physical demands of assisted stretching

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
