Required Background and Certifications

Applicants must hold one or more of the following:

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement

• Nationally recognized certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

• Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

• Certified Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance Instructor with anatomy and movement training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• One or more years of experience in fitness, wellness, or bodywork

• Strong understanding of body mechanics, flexibility, and functional movement

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients increase range of motion and reduce tension

• Apply expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics

• Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and the benefits of mobility training

• Build lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and measurable results

• Collaborate with the studio team to convert trial sessions into memberships

• Participate in ongoing StretchLab training and continuing education
