- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update medical records

- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clinical area

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards

- Support administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and documentation

Skills and Qualifications:
