About the Role

As a Full-Time Caregiver (PSS), you’ll provide in-home personal care, companionship, and light homemaking services to clients across Portland and surrounding areas. You’ll also fill in when other caregivers are out — giving you steady hours while making a big impact for clients who need you most.

When client care hours fall short, you’ll still be paid for shadowing, training, or office support to meet your weekly guarantee.

Schedule

  Weekdays + occasional weekends between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  1 year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or facility)

  Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

  Able to pass a background check

  Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills

  Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
