Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36 – 48 per week
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Shift Differentials: $3/hr for nights, $2/hr for weekends

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Job Description:
A leading 288-bed acute care hospital in Tallahassee, FL is seeking compassionate and experienced Float Pool (Med-Surg) RNs to join its dynamic team. The hospital offers comprehensive services, including 24/7 Emergency Services, Behavioral Health, Cancer, and Heart & Vascular specialties.

As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality care across various medical-surgical units. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and advocating for patients and families. This position requires adaptability and strong clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute Med-Surg experience (within the last 1–2 years)

• Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start

• BLS certification (required; must be obtained within 30 days if not current)

• ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)

• BSN preferred

Schedule:

• Standard shifts: Day and night

• Weekly schedule: 3x12-hour shifts

• Rotating weekends

• Overtime as needed

License/Certification:

• RN License (Preferred)

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Relocation Requirement:

• Must be willing to relocate to Tallahassee, FL before starting work

• Must be able to commute reliably to work location
