The Role

You'll provide critical care coverage across multiple units including ICU, Progressive Care, and Step-Down, depending on patient acuity and staffing needs. This is a role for adaptable, sharp clinicians who can jump into any environment and deliver high-quality care from minute one.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver bedside nursing care for high-acuity patients

Float between critical care and step-down units as needed

Respond to rapid changes in condition with clinical precision

Collaborate with unit teams to ensure continuity of care

Document according to each units standards and protocols

What Youll Bring

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Active Florida RN License (or compact)

Minimum 1 year ICU, PCU, or Step-Down experience

ACLS/BLS required

Flexible mindset with the confidence to work across units
