Compensation & Incentives:

• Flat Rate: $40.00/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience and eligibility)

• Shift Differentials: $3.00/hr for nights | $2.00/hr for weekends

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

• Expected Hours: 36–48 hours/week

• Schedule: 3x12s with rotating weekends and overtime availability

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and adaptable Float Pool RNs with a Med-Surg background to support various units within our 288-bed acute care hospital in Tallahassee, FL. This is a vital role for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple medical-surgical units

• Conduct assessments, formulate nursing diagnoses, and implement care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

• Prioritize patient safety and advocate for patients and families

• Adhere to evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute Med-Surg experience (within the last 1–2 years)

• Licensure: Active RN license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain prior to start

• Certifications:

  • BLS (required upon hire)

  • ACLS (preferred; required within 6 months of hire)

• Education: BSN preferred
