Position Overview:
The Float Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, person-centered support across multiple residential settings. This position requires exceptional adaptability, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals with intensive behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide flexible support across multiple locations
• Implement individualized behavioral support plans
• Respond to dynamic client needs with professional expertise
• Maintain comprehensive documentation
• Ensure client safety and dignity in challenging situations

Position Requirements:

• Current crisis intervention certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in behavioral health
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple settings
• Exceptional adaptability and professional composure
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Unique Position Requirements:

• 7-day availability required
• Shifts may be assigned with minimal notice
• Work across three metro area locations
• Ability to transition between day, evening, and overnight shifts
