Float Team/Janitor/Custodial/Cleaner - Caldwell

Description

Howard Building Maintenance is looking for a Float Team/Janitor/Custodial/Cleaner to assist in the coverage of our various buildings. We seek a great individual who wants to work in a friendly, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.

A typical shift would be approximately 8 hours per evening and start at our location to pick up a company vehicle (fuel is provided) and any supplies needed for the evening. Some days you will work alone, and other days you will have a partner, depending on the workload for the day.

Some floater duties include, but are not limited to: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and other janitorial duties. Many times shifts are a mix of cleaning, supply management, deliveries, and facility inspections. This position is great for an individual who likes variety in their day-to-day work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35-40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 12:30 am (midnight), (Schedule is non-negotiable)

Requirements

An ideal candidate would meet these requirements:

• 1 year of professional cleaning experience
• Hard-working team players with a can do attitude!
• A valid driver's license
• Smartphone (required)
• Reliable transportation to get to our shop or your assigned work location
• Willing and able to undergo and pass a background/drug check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Professional cleaning experience is always a bonus but not required
