Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient | Ronceverte, WV

As a floater Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinics, you won’t just treat conditions, you’ll build relationships, improve lives, and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses including pre and post-operative conditions, spinal disorders, gait and balance deficits, and more. Whether you prefer to keep your caseload general or specialize in areas like orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular, or concussion care, we make it possible.

Your Role:

As a Floater Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll play an essential role in maintaining clinical excellence across multiple outpatient locations. You'll work closely with supervising Physical Therapists and clinical teams to support patients on their journey to recovery.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement customized treatment plans that align with patient goals
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain timely records
• Communicate with clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Support clinic flow and help maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Previous outpatient experience is preferred, and new grads are welcome
