Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Floater, you'll play an essential role in maintaining clinical excellence across multiple outpatient locations. You'll work closely with supervising Physical Therapists and clinical teams to support patients on their journey to recovery.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement customized treatment plans that align with patient goals
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain timely records
• Communicate with clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Support clinic flow and help maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space

Requirements:

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
