Responsibilities:

As a Float Physical Therapist, you’ll provide care across multiple outpatient clinics, helping patients of all ages regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function. Your role will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
• Treating a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, sports injury, and post-op rehab patients
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Utilizing the latest therapy techniques and technology to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
