About the Role:

As a Floater Teacher at The Learning Experience #246 in Forney, TX, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. Join our dedicated team and inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while enhancing their educational journey!

Responsibilities:

Support classroom activities and assist lead teachers with lesson implementation.

Engage children in educational play and foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the facility.

Provide individualized attention to children as needed, adapting to their unique learning styles.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative lesson plans.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.

Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different classroom environments.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
