Here We GROW Again! CR Fitness is looking for a dynamic and flexible Floating General Manager to support our continued expansion across multiple markets. This high-impact role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing teams, and is excited to impact different locations to drive success.

Position Overview:

As a Floating GM, you’ll undergo full leadership training and then step in where needed to lead new clubs, support existing locations, and drive wherever you're placed in any of our markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, sales, and member experience at assigned clubs
• Serve as acting General Manager in clubs across various markets as needed
• Lead and train staff to meet performance goals and uphold brand standards
• Drive membership and personal training sales through team coaching and example
• Step in to stabilize, relaunch, or support underperforming locations
• Assist in onboarding and developing new leaders across markets
• Collaborate with regional leadership on performance strategy and growth plans
• Ensure compliance, payroll accuracy, scheduling, and operational excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and safe facility

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in the commercial fitness industry
• Strong sales background with a focus on team performance and accountability
• Ability to coach, inspire, and develop team members in various environments
• Highly adaptable, organized, and energized by change
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently or relocate across markets
• Passion for fitness and helping others grow personally and professionally
