GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Leasing Consultant/Support Staff in Fresno, CA, come join our dynamic property management team!

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
• Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
• Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.
• Floating between various properties in Fresno County.

Requirements

Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Prior leasing experience is a plus
• Flexibility is key
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
• Must be a strong multi-tasker and great with conflict resolution 
• Organized
• Able to handle high volume workload as needed
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week and available to work Saturdays is a plus
