Responsibilities:

As a Floating Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll have the unique opportunity to support multiple H2 Health outpatient clinics in the Roanoke, VA area. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care while gaining diverse experience in different settings.

• Assist in delivering personalized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs to maximize outcomes.
• Adapt to different clinic environments while maintaining continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the best patient experience and results.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• License: Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but passion and dedication to patient care matter most.
