Zislis Group, an established and expanding collection of luxury boutique hotels and uniquely inspired restaurants, is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to join our team. This dynamic role requires versatility, adaptability, and a passion for upscale hospitality. The Floating Manager will be cross-trained across all five current properties, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the highest standards of service. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in diverse environments, has an engaging personality, and effortlessly connects with both guests and team members.

Our Floating Manager is a dynamic leader who excels in fast-paced, high-end hospitality environments. They are an expert multitasker, a great communicator, and have a natural ability to bring out the best in their teams while delivering impeccable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Seamlessly transition between all five properties, adapting to different restaurant and hotel concepts.
• Uphold and maintain luxury service standards across all venues.
• Inspire and lead teams by example, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Actively manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment by serving as the "Mayor of the Village," building rapport with guests and staff alike.
• Perform shift management duties including working the dining room floor, leading staff, managing labor and breaks, opening and closing duties, etc.
• Maintain adaptability and a solution-oriented approach to challenges in real-time.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Deep understanding of fine dining service, food, beverage, and wine knowledge.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work well with a variety of personalities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A high-energy and engaging leadership style that fosters impeccable service and hospitality.
