About the Role:

As a Flood Insurance Agent at Taurus, you’ll join one of the best agent teams in the business. With our growing Property and Flood lines, we’re seeking driven and enthusiastic professionals to help expand our footprint. This role focuses exclusively on inbound leads — no cold calling required. You'll connect with clients who are ready to protect their future with quality property and flood insurance solutions.

Salary:

$46,000 – $62,400 annually (DOE)

Your Impact:

Educate customers on property and flood insurance coverage

Assess client needs and make personalized policy recommendations

Identify changes in customer coverage needs and suggest appropriate updates

Help drive revenue growth and customer retention

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Experience in sales, ideally in property or flood insurance 
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills 
• A positive, competitive, and team-oriented mindset 
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•  P&C License required 
• (2-20 or 4-40 preferred) — or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire (we reimburse the cost!)
   

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• ANFI or other professional insurance designations
• Knowledge of property insurance or the National Flood Insurance Program
• Customer service experience, especially in insurance or financial services
