Environment Control is hiring a Floor Care Technician to work primarily in the evening/night with occasional day shifts. The responsibilities of this position include maintaining the cleanliness and quality of carpets, upholstery, VCT tile, other hard surface floors utilizing floor cleaning machines, and window cleaning etc. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a willingness to stay and help until the nightly jobs are completed. This position has a flexing schedule with varying end times. Must be willing to work occasional days and weekends.

What a Floor Technician does with Environment Control:
High speed floor buffing.
Stripping and waxing hard surface floors.
Extracting/encapsulation carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Cleaning of single - story windows.
Loading and unloading company vans with equipment.
All other tasks/duties assigned within scope of the Floor Technician position.
What you'll need:
Be at least 18 years old.
Must have valid driver's license and won vehicle due to the nature of the position.
Must have ticket free/clear motor vehicle record and valid vehicle insurance due to the nature of the position.
1 year experience preferred.
Must have working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing physical tasks such as bending, walking, and general movement.
Must be willing to work days, and or weekends as needed.
Able to read and follow simple instructions in English (Intermediate - level 2).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
