Job Summary

We are seeking a Floor Installer to join our team! The job consists of traveling to different job sites and installing a variety of flooring, mostly hardwood flooring. Quality is always the number one priority and are looking for someone who can work with care. The ideal candidate has experience in construction (not required). Is interested in learning how to lay multiple types of flooring, and can work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer

Lay multiple types of flooring, including hardwood, LVP , and more

Qualifications

Previous construction experience desired but not needed.

Strong communication skills. ( Se Habla Española)

The ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects, and work on your hands and knees

Strong customer service skills

Interest in learning new techniques and the ability to adapt to different environments

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
