Floor Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing both day-to-day floor operations and private events. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, attention to detail, and a dedication to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dining room and private events operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, providing training, support, and guidance

• Collaborate with the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute private events seamlessly

• Ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols

• Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Manage staff schedules, floor plans, and shift coverage efficiently

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to coordinate timing and service flow

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting staff and enhancing the guest experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of floor management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant

• Experience coordinating and managing private events

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
