The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for a Floor Manager to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Manage and supervise the floor staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during service hours.
• Maintain food and beverage service standards for the entirety of every shift.
• Ensure company policy, procedures, and service standards are being followed.
• Maintain positive team morale, displaying a high level of professionalism and brand standards.
• Address any staff concerns or conflicts with a fair and positive approach.
• Regularly check in with customers to ensure a positive guest experience, resolving concerns as needed.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities such as onboarding, payroll, etc. as needed.
• Perform other functions as needed.

• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Highly organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Title 4 Basic & Title 4 Management, Certified Food Manager)
