Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff through hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance
• Assist with budget planning, financial analysis, and inventory management
• Lead team meetings, motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Handle customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and build positive relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven success in managing a high-caliber, full-service dining environment is required
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
