Floor Sales Manager

Cedar Creek Motorsports is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Cedarburg, WI. As the Floor Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive and productive work environment on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


• Manage daily sales floor operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Coach and develop sales staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business and referrals.


• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional plans.


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure product availability.


• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or motorsports retail.


• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
