Floor Shift Manager - Collaborative Environment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintaining a superior food and beverage operation.
• Overseeing operations with an emphasis on attention to detail, service standards, and overall shift supervision.
• Assisting with management, employee placement, overall operations, replenishment, and staff development.
• Maintaining attendance policies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting in maintaining overall costs.
• Processing maintenance work tickets and following up to ensure completion.
• Striving to improve communication processes with the team.
• Lead all employees to provide the best service, maximum work efficiency, and the highest level of quality.
• Oversee the daily/nightly operations of the nightclub/restaurant floor
• Assist with bottle & food running when needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food order
• Maintain inventory

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in nightclub hospitality, including high-level serving procedures, standards, and effective communication skills.
• Strong adaptability to rapidly changing club environments.
• Outgoing personality with a knack for building rapport with patrons.
• Excellent attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License
• 21+ years of age
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company standards.
