What You'll Do

• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance using proper methods including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.


• Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to restore shine and extend floor durability.


• Clean carpets thoroughly using specialized commercial carpet cleaning equipment and techniques.


• Maintain high cleanliness standards by promptly removing debris, stains, and spills.


• Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices to promote sustainability.


• Follow all safety protocols during cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.


• Complete routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure consistent quality and proactively address any issues.


• Operate and safely transport company cleaning equipment between client locations.

What We're Looking For

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or floor care experience in a commercial setting is preferred - but we're willing to train the right candidate.


• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, polishing, stripping, and carpet cleaning is highly desirable.


• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment and using environmentally friendly products is a plus.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - this role requires travel between client sites in a company vehicle.


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.


• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing a job well.
