Join our team as a Floor Technician, where you'll help ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for through exceptional floor care, environmental services, and positive daily interactions.

You can safely operate floor cleaning equipment, buffers, vacuums, and related machinery?

You have strong attention to detail and knowledge of safety & infection-control procedures?

You can pass a criminal background check & drug test?

Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Job Duties!

Clean, sanitize, and maintain floors, hallways, common areas, and resident rooms

Operate floor cleaning equipment, vacuums, buffers, and related machinery safely and effectively

Follow OSHA, infection-control, and facility safety procedures at all times

Properly use, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and equipment

Perform routine floor care and report maintenance or safety concerns to management

Maintain cleaning logs and documentation as required

Provide resident-focused service while working respectfully around residents and staff

Work cooperatively with team members and demonstrate a positive attitude
