Job Description - Floor Tech - with Growth Opportunities

GDI Services, INC., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech in Houston Medical Center.

Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm Monday through Friday; some weekends required.

If you have experience with waxing or buffing, please apply.

Duties include:

Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
General carpet cleaning and extraction
Other cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must pass drug screen and background check
A strong work ethic
The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
