Estancia Del Norte is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of flooring throughout the property. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

• Clean and maintain all types of flooring, including carpet, tile, and wood.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure floors are free of damage or hazards.
• Respond to guest or staff requests for cleaning services.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support special events or needs.
• Ensure proper signage is used during cleaning to prevent accidents.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
• Uphold the property’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in floor care or custodial services preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Familiarity with floor cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning solutions and proper usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
