Overview

A freestanding ER in Longview, TX is seeking a Floor Technician to join their team. The Floor Technician will strive to provide proficient, competent care while maintaining the patient’s sense of comfort and dignity.

• Ability to listen and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to work unsupervised and have good judgment.
• Ability to maintain a professional manner always.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling demands of department.
• Adaptability to ongoing changes.
• Demonstrates competency of Physical Assessment within 90 days, as evaluated by Supervisor.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak, and write the English language.
• Valid Driver’s License.
