We almost always promote from within on our teams.  This position is the open door to your next career move.  Our floor technician position is very important.  This entry level position will be learning skills that will cover over many types of flooring such as, concrete polishing, epoxy systems, honing stone marble, safety striping in industrial settings, tile and grout restoration and protection and finally high-end vinyl coating.

Physical Activity Requirements

• Load/unload trucks and trailers
  


• Equipment (including floor grinders)
  


• Materials (including 5-gallon buckets of floor products)
  


• Supplies (including propane tanks)
  


• Operate Walk-Behind Planetary Floor Grinder (800-1100 lbs.)
  


• Operate handheld grinders.
  


• Utilize Rack-Attacks
  


• Operate various vacuuming systems.
  

• Propane vacuums
  


• Electric vacuums
  


• Slurry vacuums
  

• Ability to constantly bend, squat, kneel, stand and walk for a 10-hour shift.
  


• Ability to push and pull equipment weighing in excess of 200 lbs.
  


• Ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs.
