Flooring Installer

We’re hiring a motivated Flooring Installer to complete residential and commercial flooring installations with accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Measure spaces and verify product quantities before install
• Install flooring per work orders and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate schedules and job updates with coordinators
• Maintain records for licenses, training, and completed work
• Deliver professional service while following safety standards

• Experience installing residential or commercial flooring (preferred)
• Ability to read work orders and follow installation specs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused work style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation

• $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience
